The Tequesta Country Club Community Association (TCCCA) is a volunteer organization responsible for maintaining sprinklers, grass, plantings, irrigation pumps, lights, timers, asphalt areas, pier, boat ramp, and park benches located at the common areas.
The TCC common areas include:
North and South entrances, North and South View Parks, the boat ramp, pier and parking lot, Country Club Road markers, the corner of Golfview Drive and Fairway North, the north and south intersections of River Drive and Point Circle, and the corner of Fairway North and Fairway East.
In addition to the grounds maintenance, with funds permitting, capital improvement projects are undertaken and social events are planned and executed. Various record keeping, bill paying, and administrative paperwork concerning the legal issues regarding the common areas and HOA are also the responsibility of TCCCA.

Signs are posted at the two neighborhood entrances 2-3 days prior.
Meetings are held in January, March, May, September and November.
In July, October and December we have a social events.
